If you have CCA on the same day, attend 1 hour of GM first then leave. Unless you have a tournament
coming up, then you can skip this meeting.

Mrs Alex's Talk
She taught the councillors how to speak "PRO-PA" english! :)
- Speak slowly.
- Emphasize on the key words (like the title)
- Be confident and carry yourself well
- Don't have to wait for the red cross girls to finish tying the rope. Just say the pledge. (Unless the flag has not reached the top, then WAIT!!!)

Sec One Orientation
You guys did a splendid job!!!!!!!!!!!
It was a huge success and we could not have done it without your help and support and AWESOMENESS! :)

Spot Check
Yup, those of you who missed it are in big trouble...haha! Just kidding!
Ensure that you have:
1. Only have one earring on each ear if you have ear holes
2. Neat hair
3. No coloured hair
4. Changed into your blouse
5. YOUR COUNCILLOR BADGE ON(be proud to be one. :) )
6. Your belt at your waist
7. Nicely trimmed finger nails
8. Skirt must be at the knees. If your skirt is three fingers higher than your knee, get a new pinafore or just undo the hem.
9. School songs that can be SEEN, and cover your ankles
10. >70% White shoes

**WARNING: If we see that your appearance or behaviour is unacceptable we will be forced to give you a warning letter (it's pink...ew...)

1st letter : Let off with warning
2nd letter: Meet Ex Co
3rd letter: Meet with Leadership Committee (not good...)

Shi Pei's Talk
Hey dudes! As you know Ship is not too happy that you guys don't sign up fast for duty. So...
- Please walk pass the council board if you can before school starts, recess or after school.
You pass it most of the time, so just take a look. :)
- Be spontaneous! Sign up and have fun!
- Sign up for Invest too (You need to at least go for ONE)

House rules for council room

Cleaning the council room is not easy, dudes! So we are going to set rules! :D

1. Please do not store things that are unrelated to council in the room. Unless you have a valid reason then you can, however please collect it after 2 days. If not *poof* out the window/door it goes.
2. We will try and make a map so you can locate everything. However when you take something please put it back in the same place and don't just dump things on the floor/table.
3. Please throw you rubbish outside (especially if it is sweets...we found melted sweets on the table. Not cool dudes...)

Cluster camp Briefing

Date: 27th March 2010 (Saturday)
Time: 9am-7pm (need to clean up)

This event is to train Primary school students have to be a servant leaders. All Sec 2 and 3s are involved. However if they require the help of the Sec 4-5, please help them. :D

Valentine's Day + CNY gifts
- Please check council board to see if you are on duty to collect orders on either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday's recesses. Wednesday we will also be collecting orders but only until 3pm.

- Orders will be collected outside General Office. Get the table that is in front of the ELDDS board.

- Please get the customers' names, classes, how many packets, contact number, tick if have paid.

- They have to pay on the spot! (1 for 50cents, 2 for 90cents)

- If you are the last shift please return the table back to the front of the ELDDS board.

- Put money box in any Ex Co's pigeon hole

* Note: Please stay back at least twice to help pack the love letters (more information will be pasted on the council board soon)

Photo shoot!!

YAY! Council photo shoot is coming!

Date: 10th February 2010 (Wednesday)
Time: 11.30am
Venue: Hall
Attire: Full council uniform. STOCKINGS ARE A MUST!

**Senior councillors please EMAIL or SMS Clara when you are not free in Feb. I need to arrange a day for a photo taking just for Sec 3-5 councillors!
